Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We ship out of California. From the date of order until date of delivery ranges from 2 to 9 business days, depending on the distance from southern California.

RUSH Shipping is Now Available When you opt for RUSH shipping, you will receive your order 4 business days from the date your order is processed. RUSH shipping is 35% of the total amount for your items, WITH a $30 MINIMUM shipping charge.

If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and must be shipped pre-paid and enclose a check or money order for $10.95 for a replacement of the item that was purchased. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us at support@figurinesandmore.com with the item number and we will send you a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer.
